Summary
Hydrogen mobility has grown over the last ten years in California, from demonstrations stations to a nascent retail fueling network that serves more than 10,000. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) estimates that at least 20-25 percent of the light-duty vehicle market will be fuel cell dependent, and a recent study from CARB shows that a self-sufficient network (with no government funding) is possible by 2030. This panel includes subject matter experts involved in the development of hydrogen stations for light, medium and heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles.
